System Menu 1.4.2 was released on 11 September 2010 for China only.

Note
If you do not update, you can't access the DSi Shop.
Global Update
System Menu 1.4.2 was released globally on 10 May 2011. This includes China, except the China system version didn't change.
Note
If you don't update, you can't use the DSi Shop. Sudokuhax still works, unknown if copying Sudokuhax from SD card to "internal memory" still works.
